AUSTIN, TX — November 19, 2025 — Vincent Strategies is pleased to announce a new partnership with the National Association of Attorneys General (NAAG) to develop a comprehensive Leadership Academy curriculum for executives and managers within attorney general offices across the nation. This 12-month engagement will result in a 12-week leadership development program designed specifically for the unique challenges faced by AGO leaders.
NAAG is a nonpartisan organization that collaborates with AGOs to provide insight and expertise to empower and champion America’s attorneys general.
Program Design and Content
The Leadership Academy will cover a variety of topics, including strategic leadership, change management, crisis management, building high-performing teams, and remote leadership, among others.
The program combines recorded presentations, interactive synchronous sessions, and self-directed learning activities to create a comprehensive 35-hour leadership development experience.
Leadership Rooted in Experience
“This partnership represents the convergence of my professional experiences in a way that few projects could,” said Dr. Gregory J. Vincent, CEO of Vincent Strategies. “Having served as an Assistant Attorney General in Ohio, I understand firsthand the distinctive leadership challenges that AGO managers face. This includes balancing legal autonomy with organizational accountability, leading in spaces with diversity of thought, yet finding solutions where there is common ground, and serving the public good while managing complex teams. This project allows us to collaborate with NAAG to develop something truly meaningful for attorneys general offices nationwide.”
The Vincent Strategies team will develop curriculum content, consult with NAAG’s leadership, management faculty, and instructional design team to create engaging online course components, and conduct train-the-trainer sessions.
