Sigma Pi Phi Fraternity: Strategic Plan 2018-2024

As Grand Sire Archon of Sigma Pi Phi Fraternity, Dr. Gregory Vincent led the effort to prepare a five-year strategic plan for the oldest African American fraternity. With 139 chapters and nearly 6,000 members, the professional fraternity works to uplift Black communities through social justice, education, civil rights, and economic initiatives.

Dr. Vincent on Academic Freedom

In conjunction with his Spring 2017 law class, Race and the Law: Exploring the Law through Critical Race Theory and Other Lenses, Dr. Gregory J. Vincent presented his lecture on free speech in the academy Wednesday evening, titled “The Contours of Free Speech on a College Campus.” The lecture (as well as his prior lecture of affirmative action) was part of the 2017 Heman Sweatt Symposium on Civil Rights and the DDCE 10th Anniversary Lecture Series.
